National highways connectivity (RAJOURI TO POONCH).
Railway connectivity.
No Jobs for Youth in Dist Level.
Tourist development Project (Poonch has a lot of potentials in tourist industry like Srinagar).
Power supply Crises (only 9 hours a day).
Water supply.
Interconnectivity of roads links b/w Poonch to a village or remote areas.
Trade between POK not functional many times.
No university for art, science graduated student.
Municipality not doing their duties. (waste management).
Proper bus stand for the people of Poonch haveli.
